You have an iTunes Music Library.xml file? Ok, delete that too. In fact, delete every XML in your iTunes folder. Put em in the Trash, or move them, just get them out. Some same deal: Close Connector, close iTunes, disconnect phone, delete every XML in the iTunes folder, delete Windows Phone 7 Connector folder in /Library/Application Support yet again. Open iTunes and watch the XML files come back.
Give it some time. Try Connector again. You know all this.
